Local Drywall Services operates a contractor matching platform that connects homeowners in Burnett, Polk, and St. Croix County, Wisconsin with licensed drywall contractors. Our service allows homeowners to submit project details and receive estimates from qualified contractors in their area.

We act as an intermediary to facilitate connections between homeowners and contractors. We do not perform drywall work ourselves, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use our services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting estimate requests or contacting us
  • Use the Site and services only for lawful purposes
  • Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
  • Not use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Site without our express written permission
  • Not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity

Contractor Relationships

Local Drywall Services provides a platform for connecting homeowners with contractors. Please understand the following:

  • We do not employ, supervise, or control the contractors in our network
  • Contractors are independent businesses responsible for their own work, licensing, insurance, and conduct
  • We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed by contractors
  • Any contract or agreement for drywall work is between you and the contractor directly
  • You are responsible for verifying a contractor's credentials, insurance, and references before hiring them

Free Estimates

Submitting an estimate request through our platform is free and carries no obligation. You are under no obligation to hire any contractor who provides a quote. Contractors may have their own terms regarding estimates and project pricing.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, graphics, logos, text, and other materials on this Site are owned by or licensed to Local Drywall Services and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  • Any disputes between you and a contractor

  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Local Drywall Services and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in courts located in Wisconsin.
